- How do I register to buy an account?

- How do I get my account once I have made payment?
Before we can deliver your new World of Warcraft account, you must first have your order approved. New customers are approved by phone and approval is performed by our sales support division done 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5PM Saturday and Sunday Pacific Standard Time, if your purchase was outside of normal processing hours, approval of your order will be performed during the next scheduled approval time.. Existing customers are approved without a phone call. Once approval is complete the account information for your World of Warcraft account is instantly delivered via Email. Already approved customers will receive their account information immediately after purchase via Email.
- How long will it take to receive my account information?
After you have had your order approved your account information will be delivered immediately via Email. Account information is delivered within 30 minutes of payment during hours of operation. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00PM, Pacific Standard Time.
- How do I receive the account information for my new World of Warcraft account?

- How long does it take to get new orders approved?
If you are a current customer, and your account with us has been in good standing for more than 30 days, your order will be approved instantly. If this is your first time ordering from us, we will manually verify your order by telephone before it will be delivered to you. The current average time for an order to be verified is less than 20 minutes for first time customers, 10 minutes for existing customers. The maximum that any order has waited in our queue over the last 30 days is 2½ hours.
- What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8AM to 8PM, Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5PM Saturday and Sunday, Pacific Standard time.
- Can I reserve a character to purchase at a later date?
No. We are unable to do character reservations as our system does not support it. Since we add new inventory daily, if the character you are interested in does get sold you will likely see something similar come back up for sale.
- Do your World of Warcraft accounts come with any kind of guarantee?

- My Paypal payment failed during checkout and now the character is no longer listed on the web site, how come?
Accounts are removed from the website for 10 minutes to allow for checkout, this is in place to prevent us from receiving double payments for the same account. If checkout fails the character is placed back on the website, if checkout is completed the character is permanently removed from our inventory list. You must wait the 10 minute allotted time period before the account will be placed back into our inventory and available for purchasing again.
- Can I trade my account for one of your accounts?
We currently do not offer any kind of World of Warcraft account trading to our customers, we will have a system in place for account trading in the near future, however at this time we will not trade World of Warcraft accounts under any circumstance.
- I am looking for a specific character but do not see any currently available. Can you email me when something does become available?
Yes. At the top of every category there is an email alert function. Simply enter in your email address and subscribe to the alert to be immediately emailed and notified of any newly listed characters to that specific category.
- My order was refused. Why?
Due to the high rate of fraud we have to be careful who we have as customers. If for any reason your order looks like it may be from a stolen or otherwise compromised Paypal account we will error on the side of our safety and refund your order. You can help us by providing us with more information on your purchase by including your shipping address with your order. We are not going to ship anything to you but it is a positive item towards approving your orders.
- My Credit Card limit exceeds the dollar amount of the account I wish to purchase, I would like to make payment with two separate credit cards, can you split the payment into two separate amounts?
Yes, to have a payment split into two separate amounts please contact us via phone or live chat. A customer service representative will assist you in splitting the payment into two separate amounts.
- I am looking for a character on a specific server, how do I search for accounts by server?
As all of our characters are transferable we do not find it necessary to have our accounts listed by server as you can move your new characters to the server of your choosing. - Is it safe to use my credit card to pay for the subscription and the paid character transfer service for my new account?
We believe this action to be safe, 98% of our customers use thier own credit cards to subscribe and pay for the Paid Character Transfer Service. - Can I get an armory link for one of the characters you have for sale?
Yes, please contact a live support representative via live chat, a customer support representative can provide you the armory link for the requested character. Please note that there is a limit of three armory requests per customer during a 24 hour time period. This has been put in place as an armory link displays the characters name, we value the security of the characters names on our website therefore we will not provide more then three armory links within a 24 hour time period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments processed by Paypal, these would include paying with a Paypal account via bank, credit card, or Echeck or if you do not have a Paypal account you can pay directly with a credit card. To pay directly with a credit card without having a Paypal account click the "Don't have a paypal account?" link on the Paypal checkout page. You will be directed to a credit card payments page, Paypal will process the charge on your card however you will not need a Paypal account to pay.
- Can I move the character I am buying to my own account?
No, you must meet the restrictions of the Paid Character Transfer service to move a character. To conduct an account to account transfer the last names on the accounts must match. Your last name on your account will not match the last name of the account we are delivering to you.
- Does moving my new characters to a new account after purchase add any additional security or prevent an account reclaim?
Many people under the false assumption that using the Paid Character Transfer service to move a character from the original account to a new account with a new secret answer and username will add additional security or prevent an account reclaim. This is FALSE, we used to deliver all of our accounts this way, we have conducted close to 500 character transfers to new accounts and have proven that this action will not add any additional security and will not prevent an account reclaim. Moving a character to a new account will simply cost you additional money and possibly raise flags with Blizzard Entertainment. We do not recommend moving characters to new accounts and our account security guarantee will be voided if you do so.
- My order has been approved over an hour ago, I still haven't received the email containing my account information.
Please check your "Spam" folders in your email account, if your account information is not in the spam folder or your inbox please immediately contact us via email, live chat or phone and we will re-send your account information. Please note that free mail providers such as Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail do have slow downs from time to time. We have no control over the speed in which your mail server will deliver mail to you, however we will do everything possible to get you playing your account in the least amount of time if you are unable to receive mail.
- I purchased an account and would now like to sell it back or trade it in.
Unfortunately this is not a possibility. All of the accounts listed on our website were originally owned, only two parties have the security information for the accounts listed on our site, us and the original owner. As we have delivered the secured details for the account you purchased you are now a third party with all of the security information for that account. We cannot take your account back and re-list it on our website as it will affect the integrity of our inventory, your understanding is appreciated.

There is a questionnaire above the character information fields that needs to be filled out and answered, this questionnaire will determine if your account is eligible for purchase. Make sure you have filled out this questionnaire as if you do not fill it out your account will automatically be deemed ineligible for purchase.
- The selling form did not have enough places for me to fill out all of my alternative characters and it did not give me enough slots to describe all of the gear that my account has.
Our selling form is a custom form designed specifically by us to fit our needs and collect the information that we value and would like to collect to determine a quote for your account. Everything that we value in an account is taken into consideration in our form.
- When I add additional alternate characters to the selling form my quote does not change, it remains the same or only increases slightly, how come?
We do not offer extra for alternate characters, you quote may increase slightly with the addition of alternate characters however the value will not be very much. Our customers will not pay extra for an account will multiple characters on it, therefore we cannot pay extra for an account with multiple characters on it.
- The quote I received seems low compared to the prices of accounts that you have for sale.
You do not need to worry about the pricing we have listed for our accounts or how much we sell our accounts for, all you need to worry about is what you can sell your account for. - Is it possible to do the transaction while on the phone with you? I do not feel comfortable giving the info when not in contact with the company.

- I no longer wish to sell my account, how do I get the email updated back to my own and cancel my submission?
To have the email on the account updated back to your own and return full ownership of your account back to yourself, please follow these steps:
1. Please go to the account management page of your World of Warcraft account.
2. Then update the email to one of your own
3. After this is done please email support@buymmoaccounts.com notifying us that you have completed steps 1 and 2.
4. The confirmation email from blizzard will be forwarded to you within 12 hours.
