Payments are by credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa) for these transactions. Does using my own credit card to pay for the transfer service put me newly purchased account at risk? 95% of all users purchasing pre-leveled World of Warcraft accounts transfer their new character to the server of their choosing. This is recommend as on a new server your character will not have any prior reputation and you will be able to change the characters name. After logging in you will be directed to your account management panel, below is an image showing the Paid Character Transfer button highlighted in blue.
